Self-Care

Set aside time for intentional self-care and maybe schedule it on your calendar.

  • Go for a walk, hike or stretch your body. My favorite is taking a yoga class or walking my dog and listening to a podcast.

  • Cooking your favorite meal and make extras for the week.

  • Look back at old photos that bring you joy and happiness.

  • Read a book, meditate, catch up with an old friend or listen to a podcast.
